Fontaine Audio is the professional home of Nathaniel "Nate" Fontaine Brailer, a post-production audio engineer and mixer based in New York City (with roots now extending to New Jersey through Fontaine Creative, LLC).
With over 13 years of dedicated experience in the industry, Nate specializes in dialogue editing, ADR, sound design, and mixing across a wide range of formats. His career began in advertising—handling recording, editing, and mixing—before expanding into video game dialogue, television and film ADR, animation dialogue, podcast production, long-form audio content, and ongoing commercial work.
He has held senior roles as a mix engineer at Hyperbolic Audio and as a mix engineer and partner at The Sound Distillery NYC, and now operates freelance through Fontaine Audio.
